Working with prominent VP clientele, the global MRO provider repairs and refurbishes one-of-a-kind custom parts at sites worldwide. Parts must be shipped back and forth from designated MRO completion centres as quickly as possible.

One project to refurbish a wide-body business jet required specialised tooling and fast and safe transport. The MRO also needed to deploy field teams to the completion centres to assist with the project. Schedules were extremely tight, and the MRO faced penalties if deadlines were not met.
